Nicole works closely with Damien, providing the technical and strategic backbone behind the advice delivered to Butler Private clients. She has been in the financial planning industry since 2006 and joined the Butler team in 2021.
Nicole specialises in financial planning and wealth management, developing clear, tailored strategies that help individuals and families grow, protect and manage their wealth over the long term.
She supports Damien with retirement planning, superannuation advice and investment strategies, working across clients in Ballarat and Western Victoria, as well as nationally.
Nicole holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master of Business Administration (majoring in Financial Planning), and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with Financial Advisers Australia.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys unwinding with a good book, a true-crime podcast or documentary. She’s also an enthusiastic (and determined) home gardener, spending her spare time tending to her veggie patch — though her husband jokes she’s better with numbers than plants.
