Isaac commenced his career in Accounting with a Ballarat based small business back in 2001 before joining Butler Pty Ltd in 2007 when he completed his Chartered Accounting qualification. Isaac then spent 4 years as the senior tax adviser for a $4b multi-national engineering firm, before returning to Butler Pty Ltd in 2014 with the aim of bringing the discipline and risk management strategies employed by large corporations back to the small to medium privately owned enterprises.

EXPERIENCE: With a broad range of business experience ranging from the micro to multinational, Isaac is uniquely placed to assist businesses in making the leap from a small business to a medium enterprise. Isaac became a director of Butler Pty Ltd in 2016.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE: Isaac has a focus on business improvement and risk minimisation. During his time in Industry he developed specialist knowledge in the area of International taxation for both individuals and businesses.

OUTSIDE INTERESTS: Isaac and his wife Genevieve are kept extremely busy by their 3 young children (Lenny, Wilbur and Clementine). On most weekends he can be found with his 2 boys supporting his beloved Ballarat Swans or the mighty Saints.
